1. Parties
This agreement is between you (the Client) and the VN Global entity licensed to serve your country of residence.
2. Services
VN Global provides execution-only access to CFDs across forex, indices, commodities, shares and crypto.
3. Account opening & KYC
We must verify your identity and source of funds before activating live trading.
4. Orders & execution
Orders are executed under our best-execution policy. Slippage may occur in fast or thin markets.
5. Fees
Spreads, commissions and overnight swaps are published on the Pricing pages and in your platform.
6. Termination
Either party may close the account in line with the notice periods set out here.
7. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of your serving entity, as identified on your client onboarding documents.
